How do I help my kid with their cricket?   This is a question we are often asked by parents there are 2 really simple and achievable answer to this -  firstly play with your kids as much as possible using bats and balls (not necessarily cricket) and secondly  encourage and support them to do a wide range of physical activity and sports..   Helpful websites to look at are believe performthe coaching journey and get  more from sport. Please to avoid coaching your children or telling them what  to do.

Above all please try to avoid the temptation of telling your kid what to do and how to do it.  Let  them play and explore their own technique and method -  it might mean their team don't have the best chance of winning on the day but it will be in your child's long term best interests.
